This spacious 1,092 sq. ft. single-level condo combines beautiful bay views, comfortable living spaces, and a convenient location near the beach. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a seasonal community pool, and plenty of family-friendly touches, it's an ideal home base for a memorable Ocean City vacation. Conveniently located in North Ocean City, you'll be within walking distance of Acme, the Lombardi's Shopping Center, Bull on the Beach, the Worcester County Public Library, St. Peter's Lutheran Church, and an electric vehicle charging station on 125th Street. When it's time to dine out, be sure to check out some local favorites, including Barn 34, Layton's on 18th Street for breakfast, PNG Crabs for fresh seafood, and Vanderwende Ice Cream in nearby Fenwick Island for a sweet treat after a day at the beach. ⸻ 🛌 Where You'll Sleep Primary Bedroom: King bed with a new bed frame and mattress, plus a private en-suite full bathroom 😴 Bedroom 2: One queen bed with a new mattress and one twin bed, with convenient access to a full bathroom 🛏️ Additional Sleeping: A comfortable foldable twin bed is available in the primary bedroom closet and can be set up in the second bedroom or living room, allowing the home to accommodate an additional guest. Extra pillows, blankets, and linens for the foldable twin bed are available in the bedroom closets. It's peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked for everything from quick beach snacks to home-cooked family meals. You'll find both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, full-size refrigerator, electric oven and range, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, a knife block, storage containers, wine glasses, a corkscrew, measuring cups and spoons, and other everyday essentials for a convenient stay. 🧺 Laundry & Family-Friendly Extras For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit stacked washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh clothes and beachwear during your stay. Families traveling with young children will also appreciate thoughtful extras, including baby locks, outlet covers, a toy box below the fireplace, and children's books in the living room. ⸻ 🏊 Seasonal Community Pool One of the highlights of Our Place at the Beach is the huge outdoor community pool located just across the street from the building. • Guests must sign in upon entry • Maximum of 8 people per unit • Seasonal access from approximately Memorial Day through mid-September Typical Pool Hours: • Memorial Day to early June: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM • Early June through Labor Day: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM • Labor Day to mid-September: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Please note: Pool hours and opening or closing dates are seasonal and may change. There is no lifeguard on duty. The community pools are managed by the building and not by us as hosts. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. 🍽️ Kitchen Kit: - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 small trash bags - 2 large trash bags - Dish soap - 2 dishwasher pods - 2 laundry pods - 1 sponge - 2 dish towels 🚿 Full Bathroom Kit: - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap 🛏️ Linens & Towels: - Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter - Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds) - Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth) - A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay

If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $5,000 fine for smoking in the unit. Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
