Cape Concierge- Villa Badgemore
About the Home
A beautiful 6 bedroom villa in a prime position of Constantia offering a large garden with mountain views and impeccable decor. The home reminds us of a French country estate while the interior has a splash of colour symbolic of the English owner, who has also chosen vibrant natural fabrics to decorate the home. The house is warm and inviting, with the key central areas able to accommodate the whole family very comfortably. The kitchen has an enormous central island with bar stools, range cooker and a convenient scullery to keep the main kitchen tidy. The kitchen opens up onto the back garden on one side and the dining area on the other side. The dining table seats up to 10 adults, has an open fireplace and also opens onto the sun room and garden beyond. The sun room also has further dining and lounge area – a wonderful place to sit with the stacking glass doors completely open. Adjacent to the dining area is a lovely green drawing room with open fireplace and windows looking onto the garden and the mountain scenery. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms; the master bedroom and three twin bedrooms. The master suite is luxuriously decorated and includes a large dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom looks onto the garden, pool and mountains. The two twin rooms are also en-suite, one facing the garden and the other onto a courtyard with water feature. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and views of the garden. There is also a Pyjama lounge / playroom with a TV . The house has a beautiful garden with lush green lawns, mature trees and a substantial mountain backdrop. There is a lovely pool, built-in BBQ and outdoor lounge seating. The perfect environment to enjoy a family holiday in the Cape sunshine. The house comes with daily house-keeping Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays), high speed wi-fi and toiletries. Nestled beneath Table Mountain National Park and commanding vistas of the Constantiaberg and Table Mountain ranges lies Constantia, the oldest wine-making region in the southern hemisphere. Filled with heritage and landscapes of unsurpassed beauty, Constantia is the perfect place to base yourself when visiting Cape Town, the Mother City in South Africa.
