On the first floor with elevator, this charming one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with a double bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds in a separate cabin-style area (great for kids), and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy cooking your meals in the fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dinnerware…) and unwind in the bathtub after a sunny day. Step outside to the shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing with a drink. The residence offers a shared outdoor pool available in July and August, and best of all – the beach is right around the corner. Whether you’re visiting in summer or the off-season, this apartment is a great base to explore the French Riviera. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be customized with optional services available once the reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is included, and linen is provided. The residence’s swimming pool is open from July to August, every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The access card allows up to 4 guests to enter at the same time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
