Check-in / Check-out • Check-in is from 3:00 PM • Check-out is by 10:00 AM Late check-outs may be possible if arranged in advance. Maximum Guests • The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. • Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. No Parties or Events • Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events are permitted. • Excessive noise or disturbances to neighbours may result in cancellation of the booking. Quiet Hours • Please respect building residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Smoking • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. • Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed. Care of the Property • Please treat the apartment and furnishings with care. • Any damage or breakages must be reported during your stay. Building Facilities • Guests may enjoy the outdoor pool and shared common areas. • Please note the indoor Langham pool and Kids Club are not accessible to guests. Parking • One secure underground parking space is included with the apartment. • Please park only in the allocated space. No Schoolies Bookings • This property is not suitable for Schoolies or large party groups. Lost Keys / Access Devices • Lost keys or access devices may incur replacement fees.
