Good to know
We allow one pet and the fee is $100 and must be paid separately before check-in. Parking out front is metered by the City, but almost always plenty availability right outside your doorstep. It's one of the most convenient parking spots in Savannah. Download the Park Savannah app to feed the meter to make it much easier. This unit is the entire upstairs of a duplex, so please be respectful of your volume between 10PM - 8AM as there are other guests above you. Absolutely no parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.
