Welcome to Villa Poolbar! This 5 Bedroom villa nestles itself gracefully within the serene and supreme rice fields of Ubud, Bali! The moment you enter the villa you are immediately greeted with the sheer grandeur and elegance that radiates from the space effortlessly. Its large, uniquely shaped infinity pool is home to a fully circular and sunken seating area, perfect for enjoying the unforgettable Ubud weather with your loved ones. Just west of the swimming pool are two fully furnished and fully equipped en-suite bedrooms, with Smart TVs, safety deposit boxes, and two double beds that can easily be combined to become one larger sized bed if you wish to do so, you can spend your days relaxing by the swimming pool or take in the views directly from your bedroom! Step outside the bedroom and you will find the amply sized living room, easily able to host more than 10 people on the dining table, and more on the couches and seats by the island in the kitchen. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable space to unwind. Your kitchen is fully equipped to handle anything you throw at it! Whip up some of your favorite dishes or drinks without any worry! The main attraction of your villa is the pool bar, located just east of the living room. Step to the stairs and find yourself in a roofed and wonderfully equipped pool bar, complete with seats by the bar within the swimming pool! Perfect for enjoying some music or your favorite drinks while you swim! Please be careful when handling electronic devices whilst you are in the Pool Bar, as they might fall within the swimming pool if you are not careful. You are also to find the remaining 3 bedrooms, one public bathroom and a special massage room with its very own private garden just right of the pool bar! Nearby Construction: We understand that construction noise can be disruptive. Vendor Services: To ensure the villa's equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Eco-Conscious Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Bali’s Natural Charm: Our villas immerse you in Bali's tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature, including geckos and insects, enhance the ambiance. The open design may invite occasional wildlife visits, despite regular pest control. Geckos, cherished as symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are integral to the ecosystem. In areas like Bukit, monkeys may be present—please avoid feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, including jungles and rice fields, are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by local residents, with changes outside our control. Thank you for appreciating Bali's natural beauty and cultural richness. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Whether you choose to dine in or savor a chef’s touch, our team is here to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day? A: Absolutely! Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 5-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 12 guests, with the 11th and 12th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person applies.
