Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less! The property will be private to you and your guests! We can also rent each apartment individually. - PETS: We are pet friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. - SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unity and on the property grounds.
