This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home all on one level (easy access) is perfectly situated in the heart of Southern Maine's beautiful beaches. A roll-away bed for one makes this home accommodate five happy vacationers. Set it up in the private den! Features and Amenities: Spacious Common Area: The wide-open and comfortable living space is perfect for socializing with family and friends. Relax on the cozy furniture while you stream your favorite movies and shows next to the crackling gas fireplace. Two Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are spacious with crisp linens and large windows that let in the refreshing sea air. Fully-Stocked Kitchen: The large kitchen comes with plenty of storage and counter space, as well as all the major and small appliances you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. What’s included? Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you. Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime. Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably. Huge Deck: Enjoy BBQs and al fresco dining on the expansive deck, complete with lunch tables and umbrella for peaceful dinners and quiet mornings with fresh coffee. Fenced-In Backyard: The backyard is completely fenced in and features a large fire pit with spacious Adirondack chairs, perfect for evening gatherings and roasting marshmallows. Garage Full of Vacation Toys: The garage is stocked with bikes, boogie boards, a small kayak and beach chairs for your adventures. And we keep our tiny travelers safe and secure with family-friendly amenities, including a comfy pack and play for your little ones and a sturdy high chair for mealtime ease. This is not a pet friendly home. Prime Location: Close to Beaches: Only a mile away from Ferry Beach and close to Fortune's Rocks, Kinney Shores, Goose Rocks and several more pristine beaches, you can walk through shady streets or ride the complimentary bikes to the shore. Nearby Attractions: Just 15 minutes from Old Orchard Beach Pier and 10 minutes from Splash Town and other parks, there’s always something fun to do nearby. Camp Ellis Beach Area: Enjoy casual sightseeing, gift shops, and delightful meals in the historic Camp Ellis Beach area. Take a walk along the jetty extending into Saco Bay for almost a mile, fish off the pier, or buy fresh fish and lobster right from the source. Portland, Maine (an easy 20 mins away) is known for its food scene and has been called the "best food city in New England". It has more restaurants per capita than any other New England city.
