Outdoor Area / Pool : A private Terrazzo-style pool (6m × 5m) with two wooden-floor sun loungers awaits in the enclosed courtyard. Lush tropical plants create a serene atmosphere, making it a perfect space for relaxation. Living Room : Designed in a Mediterranean-tropical style with a sunken concept, the living room features a large L-shaped cushioned sofa, a projector, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a strong Wi-Fi connection for both leisure and work needs. Kitchen : The modern minimalist kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas stove, oven, and microwave. It also includes a blender, toaster, electric kettle, water dispenser, and wine chiller.
