Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, close to several restaurants, shops, and metro stations. ⭐ Nestled on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard of a beautiful Parisian building, this charming 32-square-meter apartment welcomes you to the heart of the 10th arrondissement. A true haven of absolute tranquility, it offers a warm and functional living space, ideal for a couple or a solo traveler seeking authentic Parisian charm. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated, the apartment combines modernity, comfort, and smart use of space. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer you a pleasant, practical, and relaxing stay, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city. 📍 Located on Rue de Chabrol, 75010 Paris, you’ll enjoy a central and lively location. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Grands Boulevards, Gare de l’Est, and Gare du Nord, you’ll find yourself in a vibrant neighborhood rich in local shops, lively cafés, and a variety of restaurants. Public transportation right nearby will allow you to easily reach the capital’s iconic sites. Built in the early 19th century, it offers a pleasant waterfront that’s less touristy and more intimate than the banks of the Seine. The 10th arrondissement is also home to two major train stations (Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord, which takes you to London in just a few hours), which explains its constant buzz and lively, down-to-earth atmosphere. Finally, the Château d’Eau neighborhood, around Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, is ideal for partygoers.
