YOUR OWN PRIVATE RESIDENCE Seabreeze has its own: • Private entrance • Private parking • Private 3-bedroom residence • Private kitchen, living & dining areas • Private balcony with dining for 6 • Private hot tub • Private outdoor grilling & relaxation areas There are no interior connecting spaces between the two residences. Guests staying in Residence B do not enter your residence, balcony, hot tub, parking area or other private spaces. The only shared amenity is the game room, Even here, each residence has its own designated seating area.
