The next level up has a kids play area, 4 guest bedrooms and the primary suite: Bedroom 1 has 1 queen and 1 double bed, ceiling fan, a private bath with shower and a play n pack. There is access to the back yard from this room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and shares a jack and jill bath with bedroom 3 this bath has a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed that is a double down and a single above, flat screen TV. There is also a full hall bath. The Primary suite has a CAL king bed, a desk for those that need to work while on vacation and a full bath with soaker tub and separate shower. Angora Ridge, Tahoe Mountain and Washoe Meadows State Park are close by for hiking and mountain biking. Explore Fallen Leaf Lake and Angora Lakes. Heavenly Ski Resort is approximately 15 minutes away, Sierra At Tahoe 25 minutes, Kirkwood approximately 40. The beaches along Highway 89 are 15 minutes away, Pope Beach, Camp Richardson, Baldwin Beach. You will also find walking trails, the Tallac Historic Sites, and many other favorite visitors destinations along this stretch. 2 Car garage is accessible, and there is storage for your skis or boards.
