About the Home
Fully renovated, the apartment offers a cosy, well-designed space for up to 5 guests. The bedroom has a double bed. A separate cabin-style nook with bunk beds is a favourite with children. The bright living area brings together a sofa bed and a dining corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hob and coffee machine, so you can cook just as you would at home. The bathroom has a bathtub; a welcome kit (shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper) is provided to cover your needs on arrival. The furnished balcony overlooks the pool – perfect for your morning coffee or dinner outdoors. Please note: the residence pool is open in July and August only, from 10 am to 7 pm, for a maximum of 4 people at a time. Parts of the residence are currently being renovated and some common areas may look dated; the apartment itself is fully renovated and matches the photos.

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form – a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked for an ID document at that time, in line with current legal requirements. The apartment is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning and bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. Additional paid services are available on request after confirmation. Le Bocca 447 is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties. We kindly ask you to take care of the premises – charges may apply in the event of any damage.
The Neighborhood
Cannes La Bocca is the seaside district on the west side of Cannes, with a more relaxed feel than the town centre. Everything is within walking distance: bakeries, a supermarket, a launderette, a Provençal market, restaurants and beach bars, with the sandy beach and seafront promenade just 2 minutes from the residence. Cannes La Bocca train station and bus stops are also a 2-minute walk away. Central Cannes, La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals are a few minutes away by train or around ten minutes by bus, as is the Old Port, where boats leave for the Lérins Islands. Heading west, the beaches of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and the Esterel massif are an easy drive away.
Guest Access
You'll have the entire apartment and its private balcony to yourself. During the opening season, in July and August, you can enjoy the residence pool and its direct access to the beach. As the residence provides 4 access cards, the pool is open to a maximum of 4 people at a time. Paid public parking is available in the streets around the residence. A member of our team will welcome you in person and hand over the keys on arrival, until 10 pm. Please let us know your estimated arrival time a few days before your stay.
