An independent cabin area with bunk beds, ideal for children. A bright living room with a pull-out bed and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stovetop, coffee machine, kitchenware). A bathroom with a bathtub. A private balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying meals or coffee outdoors. The residence is secure and offers a large outdoor swimming pool (open July - August), perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Neighborhood Located just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the seafront, you’ll be right in the heart of a lively Cannes neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés and local shops are all nearby. The train station is also close, making it easy to explore the French Riviera (Nice, Antibes, Monaco…). The apartment is ideally located just steps from Cannes’ seafront and sandy beaches. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are within walking distance, while the train station provides easy access to Antibes, Nice, or Monaco. The area is lively yet convenient, making it a great choice for family holidays or getaways with friends. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once the booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is included, and bed linen is provided. Non-smoking property. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
