PLEASE NOTE: Due to winter weather, the Land House is unavailable until April 1st weather depending. The Lake House sleeps up to 14 guests. Kozy Kove, a stunning lakefront escape on Cayuga Lake, features two homes—the Lake House and Land House—accommodating up to 26 guests. Enjoy decks, seasonal dock, and fire pit, plus lake views. Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs (fee applies). Owners must clean up after pets; failure may result in a $100 fee.
