Welcome to the Heart of Downtown Cleveland! Our condo is located in the Warehouse District, literally steps away from First Energy Stadium (Browns), Flats Entertainment District, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, and Lake Erie. The condo itself is spotlessly clean and impeccably decorated. Enjoy all the perks of being in the city, and enjoy a huge space with two 68 inch TVs! 3 queen beds | 2 sofa beds | 2 Full Bathrooms The Master Suite features 2 queen beds and a big screen 68 inch TV! From there you have the Master Bath which features a luxe walk in shower and double sink vanity. Living room is the perfect spot to hang out and chill with two large sofas and another 68 inch Smart TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you will need, Crock Pot, blender, and stainless steel appliances. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea. The third bed features another queen bed and is right next to the 2nd bathroom Also there are 2 pull out sofas in the living room. You will be located in the heart of Cleveland's famous Warehouse District! Extremely walk-able, you will have dozens of great bars, restaurants, and entertainment will be at your fingertips. Walk times to: - First Energy Stadium (Browns) = 7 minutes - Flats Entertainment district = 9 minutes - Rock N Roll Hall of Fame = 10 minutes - Public Square = 6 minutes - Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse (Cavs) = 14 minutes - Progressive Field (Guardians) = 20 minutes We highly recommend walking around our beautiful downtown, but if you are not feeling it, grab a scooter, Cleveland RTA public transit, or Uber/Lyft, - Parking is not included but there are numerous lots next to the building and meters/street parking. Be aware that special event parking rates & restrictions do apply. -There is no access to the balcony. The balcony door will remain locked. We only do 14 night minimum stays here.
