At Villa Amfitriti, contemporary design meets comfort and luxury, creating a true haven for up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, the open-plan layout creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area form a bright and inviting space, perfect for sharing special moments with your loved ones. The first bedroom is also located on this floor and features a comfortable double bed. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor and is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs, the two bedrooms offer a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. One features a king-size bed, perfect for a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep, while the second is equipped with two single beds, making it ideal for friends or children. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers and access to balconies offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature and the sea. For guests who may need to work remotely, the villa provides a quiet environment and a stable internet connection. In addition to Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection is also available for a more reliable and secure connection, making it ideal for video conferences or working online, even though there is no dedicated office space. The villa’s outdoor areas are designed for moments of complete relaxation. Key accessibility features include: ** Villa Entrance The main entrance is flat and wheelchair accessible. There is a slight height difference (approximately 5 cm) between the outdoor floor and the entrance, which is covered by a fixed mat to level the surface. ** Living Room – Kitchen – Shared Spaces The shared ground floor areas are fully accessible. The living room opens to the yard and pool area through a patio door, with no steps. The kitchen table has enough clearance to accommodate a wheelchair user. ** Ground Floor Bedroom The bedroom is wheelchair accessible. There is flexibility to reposition the bed in order to provide more space for movement. The layout can be adjusted to allow comfortable navigation and full wheelchair rotation. Question: Can the guest exit through the patio door of the bedroom? ** Ground Floor Bathroom The bathroom is step-free and unobstructed. The support rail next to the toilet has been removed; however, it can be reinstalled upon request prior to arrival. ** Υπνοδωμάτιο Ισογείου

Είναι προσβάσιμο με αμαξίδιο. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αλλαγής θέσης του κρεβατιού για να εξασφαλιστεί μεγαλύτερη ελευθερία κίνησης. Η διαρρύθμιση μπορεί να προσαρμοστεί ώστε να επιτρέπεται η άνετη κυκλοφορία και περιστροφή του αμαξιδίου. Ερώτηση: Μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να βγει απο την μπαλκονόπορτα του υπνοδωματίου;;

** Μπάνιο Ισογείου

Είναι επίπεδο και χωρίς εμπόδια. Έχει αφαιρεθεί το στήριγμα δίπλα στη λεκάνη. Ωστόσο σε περίπτωση κράτησης μπορεί να γίνει η προσθήκη αυτού. Επαρκής χώρος για κίνηση και πλήρη στροφή με το καροτσάκι.

** Εξωτερικός Χώρος - Πισίνα

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του ισογείου απο την πλευρά της πισίνας είναι πλήρως προσβάσιμος. Η πισίνα βρίσκεται στο ίδιο επίπεδο με τον υπόλοιπο χώρο. Δεν υπάρχει ειδικός εξοπλισμός για είσοδο/έξοδο από την πισίνα (π.χ. ράμπα ή μηχανισμός). Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, η είσοδος γίνεται μόνο με τη βοήθεια συνοδού. ** Χώρος Στάθμευσης Είναι επίπεδος και προσβάσιμος. Η επιφάνεια είναι από χώμα, γεγονός που επιτρέπει την κίνηση με αμαξίδιο χωρίς πρόβλημα. Η βίλα είναι κατάλληλη για άτομα με μειωμένη κινητικότητα (PRM).
