The bright living room is flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and features a cosy light-colored sofa, a stylish armchair, a sleek round coffee table, and a big flat-screen Smart TV. From the living area, step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee on a comfortable outdoor chairs and round table while taking in the breathtaking views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, while the dining area seats six around an elegant oval table, perfect for shared dishes and gatherings. The master bedroom is your private retreat, featuring a king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens and toilet table. Enjoy direct access to a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed also dressed in premium linens, flat screen TV on the wall and access to a balcony for moments of relaxation. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows for ample natural light There is one more bathroom with a bathtub for your convinience. Swimming Pool: two swing pools located on level L. (7 am to 7 pm) The Fitness Center is accessible from the lift zone. ATM of Mashreq Bank is available in the lobby The lobby is connected with the hotel Creek Palace Hotel and you can order food à la Carta and get a 20% discount as residents of the Palace Residence building spa is available as per their price list, however, you can get a 20% offer if book treatment for 60 mins and longer. There is a parking slot for one car.
