The area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, markets, pharmacies, and shops, and is also close to the subway, making it easy to reach Ipanema, Arpoador, Lagoa, and the city center. It is also near well-known landmarks such as the Copacabana Palace, Copacabana waterfront, as well as many leisure and nightlife options.

House Rules and Terms

In accordance with building policy, you must submit photos of all guests' identification documents. Visitors are not allowed at any time of day. Building quiet hours: 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. All guests are subject to the condominium rules; failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. If you check in between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., an additional fee of R$ 250 will apply to cover the cost of a staff member to assist you with in-person check-in. Smoking in the apartment can result in a fine of R$300. Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter. Please do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, swim trunks, or shorts without a shirt on the building premises. If needed, we offer a crib for a flat fee of R$150 for delivery from our office to your accommodation. We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per restroom and do not restock them once they run out. If the reservation is longer than 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an additional cleaning service for R$ 250 to ensure the property is sanitized; linens are included.
