Welcome to your private studio inside a beachfront resort complex. You’ll enjoy access to oceanfront infinity pools, hot tubs, loungers, a gym, and a beautiful sandy beach with guest wristbands included in your stay. Guests love the easy beach access, the friendly vibe on property, and how simple self check‑in makes arrival. Unwind overlooking the tranquil lagoon (sunset views), sleep soundly on a plush queen bed, and make simple meals in the equipped kitchenette. Note: you are booking a private apartment, not a hotel room of record. What you’ll love - Included resort amenities: oceanfront pools, beach, loungers, hot tubs, and gym. No extra fee or day pass needed for these basics when wearing your guest wristband. - Optional extras from the resort: spa services and an all‑inclusive food/drink day pass may be offered directly by the resort; availability and pricing vary. - Private lagoon‑view for sunset cocktails and quiet mornings. - A peaceful Hotel Zone home base with 24/7 security and easy self check‑in. The space - Open‑plan studio for two with one comfortable queen bed . - Smart TV, reliable Wi‑Fi for streaming and calls, efficient split A/C. - Kitchenette with mini‑fridge, microwave, electric cooktop, sink, and basic cookware/utensils for light meals. - Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Resort access and how it works - Wristbands are required in common areas and are included with your stay. Please wear them whenever using amenities; the condominium may fine guests for not wearing them or for lost bands. - Pre‑registered names are needed to issue wristbands and building access. - You’re booking a private apartment, not a hotel room. The front desk cannot check you in or charge items to a room. You’ll use our smart lock and contact us directly for any needs. - All‑inclusive day passes (food/drinks) are optional extras sold by the resort and subject to their availability and policies. To purchase one, you first need your guest wristband from us; we typically place wristbands in your room after 3 pm on arrival day . What to know before you book - Check‑in/out: Check‑in is from 3:00 pm; check‑out is by 11:00 am . Please leave wristbands in the studio at departure (you may cut them off) . - Early arrivals and luggage: We don’t have a staffed luggage room. If you arrive early, a bag drop may be possible if housekeeping is on site and the previous guest has left, but this isn’t guaranteed; amenity access begins after wristbands are issued at check‑in time . - A/C and energy: Normal A/C use is included. Please turn it off when you’re out; running it continuously while away may incur an additional electricity fee per building policy. - Nature and the sea: At certain times of year, sargassum seaweed can reach Cancun’s shores. Beach crews work hard to clear it, but conditions vary by weather. Pools remain sparkling and are a great backup for ocean days. - Quiet enjoyment: Please be considerate of neighbors and follow posted quiet hours. No parties or events; no smoking inside (a fee applies if violated). - On‑site sales staff: You may encounter vacation club sales staff on property; participation is entirely optional. Getting around and optional services - Transportation: We can help arrange a private airport transfer on request; the typical cost has been about 700 MXN each way, subject to availability and timing. Please ask in advance. - Local buses run along the Hotel Zone around the clock and are an easy, inexpensive way to get around; the orange buses have A/C and fares are about 12 MXN per ride .
