Requests made later than this timeframe cannot be accommodated, particularly for one-night stays. Thank you for understanding! Identification Requirement: As per Dubai law, copies of the passports of all guests (including children) must be provided before arrival. If not received in advance, the building’s concierge will collect them at check-in, potentially causing delays. Additional Services: Special rates for long-term bookings. Extra cleaning or linen change available upon request for an additional fee. House Rules and Penalties: Check-In: 3:00 PM - midnight Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out: 350 AED/hour. No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside. A 3000 AED penalty will be charged if evidence of smoking is found to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking allowed on the balcony. Access Cards: Please handle access cards with care. A 500 AED fee will be charged for each lost card. Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total. Any violations or breach of house rules may result in penalties.
