House Rules

1. We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 10 pm with loud music or disturbances. 2. No parties, events, birthdays, get-togethers, and hangouts. 3. Dogs only. No cats. Max 2 dogs. $110 per pet. Guests must clean up after pets and are responsible for any pet-related mess or damage.

1. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.

1. Please avoid flushing paper towels or any solid materials down the toilet.

1. Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. 2. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. 3. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. 4. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

1. Smoking, vaping, and the use of marijuana are strictly prohibited at all times, both inside and outside the property.

1. FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $40 Charge 2. FEES: Smoking of any kind inside the house will result in a $486-$1,100 Charge. 3. FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees - Every 30 minutes after 10 am is an additional $100. 4. FEES: $57 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. 5. FEES: $75 to ship back any items left behind, inclusive of shipping and handling. 6. PLEASE do not flush anything besides tissue paper. (No paper towels, face wipes, wipes, diapers, or female products ). Violating these rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
