To the right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, two refrigerators, two freezers, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen essentials. There’s also a dining table with seating for five – perfect for enjoying meals together. To the left of the entrance, a small corridor takes you to the large living room, where an open fireplace creates a warm and inviting ambiance. Here, you’ll find a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed for two, armchairs, a desk for remote work, and a smart TV for entertainment. Next to the living room is the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious 180 cm bed and wardrobe spaces. Adjacent to it, there’s a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed – ideal for an extra guest. The fully equipped bathroom includes a washing machine, bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi, and hotel-quality bed linen and towels are included for your convenience. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. 2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. 11. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Guests are asked to communicate with the host if an early check-in or late check-out is possible. If there is no confirmation of either an early check-in or a late check-out, an additional fee of 400 SEK per hour will be charged.
