This approximately 30 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a residence with an elevator. Bright and functional, it has been designed to offer a comfortable stay for up to four guests. The living room opens onto a large sliding glass door leading to the terrace. It features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare your meals. It includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink unit, hairdryer, and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The terrace with outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or relaxing during warm Mediterranean evenings. The residence also offers an outdoor swimming pool in summer, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. Cannes city center, the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals are easily accessible by car or public transport, making it an ideal location for both leisure and business trips. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
