About the Home
This approximately 30 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a residence with an elevator. Bright and functional, it has been designed to offer a comfortable stay for up to four guests. The air-conditioned living room opens onto a large sliding glass door leading to the terrace. It features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare your meals. It includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink unit, hairdryer, and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The terrace with outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or relaxing during warm Mediterranean evenings. The residence also offers an outdoor swimming pool in summer, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. A free private parking space is also included, in the residence's secure car park.

Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in a pleasant area of Cannes, close to the beaches and the seafront. Guests can easily reach the city's beaches, the seafront promenade, and the shops, restaurants, and cafes located nearby. Cannes city center, the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals are easily accessible by car or public transport, making it an ideal location for both leisure and business trips.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire accommodation as well as the common areas of the residence, including the outdoor swimming pool open from July to August, every day from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. A free private parking space is available in the residence's secure car park. Check-in is done in person: a member of our team will hand you the keys upon arrival. Arrivals are possible until 10 pm at the latest. Please let us know your estimated arrival time a few days before your stay.
