Our newly refurbished detached bungalow (with free designated parking) is located in the very desirable Oxfordshire village of North Leigh. It is only 3 miles from Witney and sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. The village has a shop, a post office, two pubs, and its very own brewery serving excellent pizzas. The bungalow is excellently located and perfect to explore places such as Witney, Woodstock, Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds, Oxford, or Oxfordshire. The village is on a bus route between Witney and Oxford and is easily accessible by various taxi companies. The bungalow sleeps up to 6 people, has one king-sized bed, a twin bedroom with two singles, and a sofa bed for 2 people The detached bungalow has two designated parking spaces, directly next to the property, suitable for all vehicles up to a medium-sized van. There is also additional guest parking. The main living area is accessed by going up a small staircase of 4 steps. The main living/kitchen/dining room is an open-plan space at the heart of the home and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table seats six people. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge-watch your favourite programmes as you desire. The good-sized sofa also converts into a double-sized bed very easily. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for everyday cooking and dining: a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. We have also provided you with a full range of utensils, crockery, and glassware so you can create a home dinner if you fancy a night in. In the hallway, there is a spacious bathroom that has a large shower, a heated towel rail, a toilet, and a sink. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest. Bedroom 1 (Master King) offers a luxurious super-king-sized bed. The room has a place to hang your clothes and a mirror. There is also a hairdryer available. Bedroom 2 (Twin) offers two luxury single beds. The living area also boasts a good-sized sofa, which converts into a double bed very easily. It comes with all the bedding, etc., for 2 people. The bungalow is located in the small village of North Leigh and is on the ‘S7’ bus route between Witney and Oxford. Witney is only 3 miles away (a short car, bus or taxi ride), where you should be able to get everything, you would probably need or want, including restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, and nightlife. The Bungalow is a great base for all that is on offer in the surrounding areas of the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, and beyond. There is a good bus link that can take you to Witney, Woodstock, Oxford, and lots of places in between. There are a couple of train stations only 3 miles away (by car or bus) that are on the “The Cotswolds and Malvern’s Line” (London Paddington, Reading & Oxford to Worcester & Hereford). The bungalow is about 6 miles away and less than 15 minutes (by car or bus) from the famous and very popular Blenheim Palace.
