All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival, and applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation total. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required as a result of bringing a pet. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time on Folly Beach without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. 🌴Noise Notice: Folly Beach has a noise ordinance to help maintain the peace and quality of life for everyone in this beautiful beach community. ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept the potential for ambient noise. 🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
