With an open-concept kitchen/living/dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious private deck with a hot tub and gorgeous views of the slopes, you will find it an ideal base for your endless mountain adventures. As you make your way into the entryway of this home, you will find a mudroom space ideal for storing outdoor gear or your latest purchases. With plentiful hooks, convenient cubbies, a plush cushioned bench, and ample storage space, this area invites you to take a load off and make yourself at home from the moment you step in the door. Continue into the open-concept living/kitchen/dining area and find yourself transported into a sophisticated, western-style cabin full of inviting furnishings and rustic details. A striking river rock fireplace anchors the living area, where a spacious, leather sectional and ottoman styled with plush, fur-like blankets makes for an elegant and restful space where you can cuddle up and take in the fire’s warmth as you watch a favorite show on the large, flat-screen TV. Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
