Welcome to Mas sous le Mûrier, a spacious 260 m² house with typical Provençal architecture. Thanks to its thick stone walls, the interior stays naturally cool even in the height of summer. Perfect for up to 10 guests, the house blends wood, stone, and wrought iron for an atmosphere that is both warm and authentic. *Bedrooms 1 large master suite with king-size bed (180x200) 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200, can be pushed together) *Bathrooms & Amenities 1 spacious bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub 2 Italian-style walk-in showers Separate toilets *Living Spaces A welcoming dining area A bright living room A mezzanine with a cozy sofa corner *Outdoor Areas Mas sous le Mûrier offers a vast 6,000 m² tree-filled garden, ideal for relaxation: Multiple lounging and dining areas, in the sun or shade. Important Information: To maintain the quality of the property for all guests, we ask that you respect the following guidelines: It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts in the garden, on the terraces, or around the pool. Ashtrays are provided. Please use them and empty them before your departure. The barbecue must be cleaned after each use. It must be left in the same clean condition as upon your arrival. If these guidelines are not followed, an additional cleaning fee of between €30 and €60 may be charged after your departure, depending on the time required to restore the property to its original condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in preserving the villa for future guests. Parties are prohibited without prior authorization from Sybille. Dogs are not allowed.
