Description

* Please note, this home offers pool heat at $85 per day, with a 2-day notice required. When you think of convenience and luxury (plus high-end amenities and touches), the first thing that will pop up in your head is Endless Summer Oasis. This family-friendly home has been equipped to provide guests with the ultimate vacation experience where convenience and comfort have no end at all. The outdoor space of this home is as impressive as the indoor and you're about to figure out why. You and your family will enjoy the advantage of having a spacious, enclosed yard for privacy, which also offers an incredible recreational outdoor space. Dine alfresco under the covered patio offering an outdoor dining area or if you'd like to enjoy a little bit more sunshine, there's another umbrella-covered dining table. The yard boasts a putting green, plenty of comfortable seating areas, a built-in BBQ/wood-fired pizza oven, and the biggest attraction: a private outdoor pool (you have the option to heat the pool for an added fee)! You can also watch a good ballgame on the outdoor TV right from the pool, and there is a full-size air hockey table and other outdoor games to play with. We don't blame you if you'd rather spend your days outside than inside. The interior has been designed with high-end furniture and appliances throughout, keeping in mind guests' comfort. The living room is spacious and bright, offering you and your loved ones a great place to unwind and relax. Gather around the smart TV with cable and stream your favorite shows and movies whenever you want. Whoever gets to be the chef of the group will fall in love with this kitchen. It's spacious, bright as the rest of the home, and boasts modern, stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The large French-door fridge will keep your groceries fresh and the dishwasher will gladly take care of the dishes after mealtime. There's a Keurig coffee maker that will surely delight the group's early birds. The gorgeous breakfast bar adds more dining space to the adjoining dining table. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will not heat more than 20 degrees above the outside air temperature. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.
