OAK takes its name from the character of its design — exposed groin-vault ceilings, natural materials, and a calm, neutral palette throughout.
BEDROOM: A dedicated bedroom with a comfortable double bed, quality linens, a full-length mirror, and a wardrobe for your belongings. Modern abstract art and soft lighting set a restful tone.
LIVING ROOM: A bright and comfortable living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 additional guests), wall-mounted Smart TV, and views through to the kitchen and dining area.
KITCHEN & DINING: Equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, kettle, espresso machine, and cookware. The round oak dining table seats up to 4 guests.
BATHROOM: A striking travertine-tiled bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower (rainfall + handheld heads), modern wall-hung sink, and a ladder radiator.
TERRACE: Step out onto terrace overlooking the shared garden and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Guest Access
Guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony. Self check-in via keybox at building entrance — the numeric code will be sent 24 hours before arrival. Guests also have shared access to the garden and courtyard lounge area at Vila Dolná.

Upozorňujeme, že počas online check-inu bude potrebné nahrať sken alebo fotografiu Vášho dokladu totožnosti, prípadne manuálne vyplniť niektoré údaje. Tieto údaje sme povinní zbierať z dôvodu evidencie a odvodu miestnej dane za ubytovanie. Náš systém je zabezpečený a celý proces online check-inu je v súlade s nariadením GDPR.
• Kľúče: V prípade straty kľúčov bude účtovaný poplatok vo výške 100 €. Ak kľúče nebudú vrátené podľa pokynov v aplikácii Guest App, bude účtovaný poplatok 50 €.
•Zákaz fajčenia: Fajčenie je prísne zakázané v celom objekte vrátane všetkých vnútorných aj vonkajších priestorov, ako sú balkóny, terasy a dvory (ak sú k dispozícii). Porušenie tohto pravidla bude spoplatnené dodatočným poplatkom za upratovanie vo výške 200 €.
• Škody: Hostia zodpovedajú za akékoľvek škody spôsobené na ubytovaní, nábytku, vybavení alebo inom majetku. Za každú vzniknutú škodu bude účtovaný minimálny poplatok vo výške 100 €. Ak hodnota poškodenej veci presahuje túto sumu, hosťovi bude účtovaná plná cena opravy alebo výmeny.
• Zvieratá: Domáce zvieratá nie sú v ubytovaní povolené. Ak sa preukáže, že hosť priniesol alebo choval v ubytovaní domáce zviera, bude mu účtovaný dodatočný poplatok vo výške 100 €.
• Príchod & odchod: Prosíme dodržujte dohodnutý čas príchodu a odchodu; skorší príchod alebo neskorší odchod naruší náš upratovací harmonogram. Poplatok je 10€ za každú (aj začatú) hodinu.
• Nočný pokoj - nočný pokoj platí od 22:00 do 6:00. V tomto čase Vás prosíme o zníženie hluku, aby sme predišli rušeniu ostatných hostí a susedov.

• Keys: In case of lost keys, a fee of €100 will be charged. If the keys are not returned according to the instructions provided in the Guest App, a fee of €50 will be charged.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, and courtyards (if available). Violation of this rule will result in an additional €200 cleaning fee.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, equipment, or other property. A minimum fee of €100 will be charged for each instance of damage. If the value of the damaged item exceeds this amount, the guest will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. If it is discovered that a guest has brought or kept a pet in the accommodation, an additional fee of €100 will be charged.
• Check-in & Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times, as early arrival or late departure may disrupt our cleaning schedule. A fee of €10 will be charged for each hour (or part thereof) of early check-in or late check-out.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbours.
