Yet, security is tight with a guard house for the street. If you have a car, park your car right outside the gate or drop off, then walk straight up to the unit (please note there’s a short flight of stairs to climb). Inside the unit: Spacious 1,000 sf and tastefully furnished by interior designers. Comes with a fully-equipped kitchenette, 1 en-suite/ attached bathrooms, home entertainment system, separate living area, study desk in the bedroom and a big balcony. The bedroom is very large (300-350 sf)! Towels & shower gel are complimentary. Cot and baby chair available upon request. To/fro using Grab (e-hailing app) is about RM10 (USD3) return trip! Don’t be fooled by postings who claim to be in Bangsar - a good gauge is to check how close they are to Bangsar Village and Bangsar Shopping Centre as these are the true neighbourhood landmarks. Not for COVID quarantine use! Please note that this is a One Bedroom House. The other room will be locked. Important note: Our next door neighbour is renovating their house. While ours is a detached house, there will be construction noise. Based on regulations, construction activities are allowed from Mondays till Saturdays 8am till 5pm, and no construction activities are allowed on Sundays and public holidays.
