Dimora Bentivoglio | Steps from Piazza Maggiore

Description

Stay in an eclectic, character-filled home just steps from Piazza Maggiore, in the very heart of Bologna’s historic centre. • Exceptional location for exploring Bologna on foot • 4 bedrooms, including 2 en-suite bedrooms • Distinctive bohemian atmosphere with period furnishings and original details Dimora Bentivoglio is a distinctive four-bedroom home in an exceptional location, just steps from Piazza Maggiore and Bologna’s most celebrated landmarks. The interiors have an eclectic, bohemian and subtly dandy character. Furniture, paintings, fabrics and decorative objects from different periods and styles have been brought together to create a layered, lived-in home with a strong personality. This is not a minimalist or contemporary property: each room has its own individual atmosphere and tells a different part of the house’s story. The property has four bedrooms. Two are suites with their own private en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms use the additional bathrooms available in the home. This layout works particularly well for families or groups of friends who wish to stay together while retaining a degree of privacy. The spacious living room is the heart of the home: a welcoming setting filled with art, books, furniture and original details, where guests can relax and spend time together after exploring the city. The property also has a kitchenette suitable for preparing breakfast, drinks, snacks and simple meals. It is not a fully equipped kitchen and is not designed for elaborate cooking or for preparing large meals for a group. Dimora Bentivoglio enjoys an exceptional location just steps from Piazza Maggiore, in the historic and cultural heart of Bologna. The city’s main landmarks, including the Two Towers, the Quadrilatero market district and the famous porticoes, can all be reached easily on foot. Traditional restaurants, historic cafés, shops and markets are also within easy walking distance, making the property an ideal base from which to experience Bologna without needing a car. Please note that the property has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. It is suitable for breakfast, snacks and simple meals, but not for elaborate cooking or for preparing large meals for several guests. Dimora Bentivoglio is an authentic, characterful home with furnishings and decorative pieces from different periods. Its charm lies in its eclectic, layered and lived-in atmosphere rather than in a contemporary or minimalist style. Early or late check-in, late check-out, and additional sets of bed linens or towels may incur a small extra fee to be settled upon arrival. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area. Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival. In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to complete the online registration with a valid ID before check-in.
