Step into a bright and characterful apartment located on the 4th floor of a seaside residence with elevator access. This cozy T2 features a cheerful vintage Provençal style that sets the tone for a relaxed and colorful stay on the French Riviera. It comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with a peaceful double bedroom and a living room equipped with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, retro fridge…) makes home-cooked meals a pleasure. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset aperitif on the private terrace with an exceptional sea view, and take advantage of the residence’s swimming pool for a refreshing break between beach outings. (July - August) The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and all the essentials for a carefree stay—whether short or long-term. Location: Set on Avenue Pierre Semard in Cannes-la-Bocca, the apartment is just steps away from the beach and minutes from the center of Cannes and the Croisette by train or car. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and local markets are within walking distance. Nearby spots we love: Le Bistrot des Toqués (authentic French cuisine) Bocca Nissa (great tapas & cocktails) La Palmeraie (beachfront dining) Marché de la Bocca (local market with fresh produce & delicacies) The apartment is located on the Cannes-la-Bocca seafront, in a lively and typically Cannes neighborhood. You are just steps from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of Cannes by car or train. All local shops are within walking distance: bakery, market, restaurants, and cafes. The residence is also close to the train station, making it easy to get around without a car. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
