Step into history and aristocratic elegance from your first entry into the Palazzo Ruspoli where its acclaimed marble staircase climbs up four flights, each composed of thirty monolithic marble steps rising from the marble column-studded portico. The suite includes two large reception rooms and a large bedroom, as well as a bathroom, kitchenette and powder room. The elegant antique furnishings, the impressive oil paintings, the original 16th century tapestries, parquet floors and hand-stenciled walls, attest to the history here. The main apartment may be increased to two bedrooms at a supplement, by adding the Chinese Blue Room suite which is accessed via an adjoining wooden staircase of 16 stairs in the Napoleone Suite’s Yellow Room. The Blue Room suite a double bedroom, with queen sized bed and takes its name from lovely Chinese antique blue vases which are featured. The Blue Room is only available when booked as an interconnecting accommodation and comes at an additional cost. Measuring 20 square meters (215 square feet), the Blue Room has one queen double bed (1,65m x 2,00m) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, a closet and a small balcony. The decorations are beyond stunning! A moment in history meets classic design: Five meter high ceilings set the tone. The space encompasses two grand reception rooms and a large bedroom and bathroom, kitchenette and a powder room. It is perfect for entertaining or a small meeting. The master bedroom is decorated with six striking oil paintings, a luxurious King sized canopied bed, graced with oil painting as Headboard. Another painting acts as a secret door opening to reveal the amusingly concealed entrance to an exquisite marble bathroom.
