Located just a short drive from the many shops and restaurants of Hilton Head Island, this condo makes it easy to explore all the island has to offer. If you'd rather stay on the property, you'll find plenty there to enjoy, from an on-site pool to a well-equipped fitness center, as well as nine tennis courts and a shared jacuzzi. When you're not out in the sun, entertain yourself with the free WiFi, the 42' cable TV, or by watching the sunset from your private deck. Sate your hunger by fixing a snack in the fully equipped kitchen, or cooking some steaks on one of the gas grills on site. The primary bedroom has access to the patio as well as a king bed and full bath while the second bedroom is across from the full hallway bathroom and features a queen and twin beds. Signs are posted reminding owners and guests of this new rule.) Elevators in the buildings. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
