Luna de Miel is an ultramodern luxury property in Pacific Heights, an exclusive neighborhood in the lush mountains surrounding Playa Potrero. This 5,145 sq. ft. (478 mΒ²) property accommodates 11 guests across four bedrooms. It features a sleek, modern open floor plan, as well as a private infinity pool with spectacular views of the mountains, ocean, and islands off the Pacific Coast. This brand-new single-story home features an open-concept living room and kitchen with a tropical modern design. The contemporary living room and kitchen both overlook a massive sliding glass door that opens onto a large covered patio with sweeping views of the ocean and mountains. The patio features a rectangular dining table with 12 seats, a built-in outdoor kitchen equipped with a BBQ grill and sink, and a seating area furnished with wood pieces adorned with plush teal cushions. The living room is furnished with a tan linen sofa, a coffee table, a couple of rattan chairs, and an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV. The entire home is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed internet. Additionally, a powder room is located next to the living room. The kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar with four black leather seats under a contemporary light fixture, as well as a window backsplash that overlooks the tropical landscape of Pacific Heights. The space is equipped with brand-new custom cabinets, beautiful stone countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. This home features four bedrooms. Each bedroom is a separate, independent unit and can be accessed via the patio through a private sliding glass door or via a protected hallway on the front side of the house. The first bedroom features a custom king-sized bed with a stylish pink comforter, a pink accent wall, hanging pendant lights, chic teak furniture, a spacious closet, a built-in custom work space with a rattan chair, and a private bathroom with a basin sink and a walk-in shower. The bed overlooks a sliding glass door that opens onto a covered patio with two beach loungers, offering a view of the infinity pool and the ocean. The third bedroom is styled exactly like the first bedroom, but with a sage-green comforter and accent wall instead of pink. The bed also overlooks a sliding glass door that opens onto a private balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and three custom extra-long twin bunk beds, each with a cozy quilted blue comforter. Like the first room, this room features a shaded patio outside a sliding glass door, complete with two beach loungers that overlook the pool and the ocean. It also features a private bathroom with a basin sink and walk-in shower, as well as a large closet. The master suite features a king-sized bed adorned with a mint green comforter, authentic tropical artwork and decor, teak furniture, and a spacious walk-in closet. The bed overlooks a sliding glass door that opens onto a shaded patio with two chairs. This stunning bathroom showcases a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door. The door leads to an outdoor soaking tub in a tropical garden. The vanity sits next to a picture window that overlooks the garden landscape. Each bedroomβs private patio leads to a shared deck with a sparkling outdoor plunge pool that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and lush mountain landscape surrounding Pacific Heights. The property is tucked away in a luxury private community and is protected by a gate with an access code. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Playa Potrero Offering easy access to three beaches (Potrero, Penca and Prieta), this town combines upscale lodging options with the charm of a traditional Costa Rican town (think central plaza with church, school and soccer field). There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other conveniences, and the downtown area has two mini supers (convenience stores), as well as a commercial plaza with a coffee shop, a hairdresser and other businesses. Some of the liveliest nightlife in the region can be found at Las Brisas Bar, right on the beach, though itβs normally hopping only on Wednesdays (Ladiesβ Night). Potrero has several nice housing developments with βVillagioβ in the name, popular among Italians and other expats. You can find Italian gelato shops, Costa Rican sodas (small, affordable restaurants) and hotels in a range of prices (Pitaya Lodge, BahΓa La Esmeralda, Hotel Isolina, BahΓa del Sol). Just to the south of Potrero lie all the attractions of Surfside, and to the north is a beautiful, hilly drive along the ocean, ending at the Mediterranean-style village of Las Catalinas. Potrero is within easy striking distance of several beaches, and itβs a great base to explore the entire region β for a sampler of both the high-end and the humble. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
