This apartment benefits from a smart TV and wifi and a Nespresso coffee machine. This apartment is dedicated to medium and long-term location of more than 30 days only. Therefore the rent has been adapted for this type of location. - We give 2 sets of sheets and towels to our tenants. - We do not carry out cleaning during the stay, you can order one if necessary which will be billed to you again. - We intervene in the event of a breakdown and we change, for example, a defective bulb within 48 hours, however, maintenance problems, such as an overflowing shower because the siphon is clogged with hair, are the responsibility of the tenant.
