Located on the second floor, accessible by elevator (after climbing a staircase), the apartment is situated on a commercial street within a beautiful residence. It can accommodate 3 people and consists of: - A spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a side table, a beautiful dining table, a desk, and a television. - An American-style kitchen open to the living area, modern and fully equipped, including a refrigerator, cooking plates, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a hood, an oven, and a microwave. - A bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, towel warmer, and toilet.
