There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!! Distance to popular landmarks: • RIGHT ON the historical Short North District • One block away from local Kroger Market • 3 minutes to The Ohio State University campus • 5 minutes to Downtown Columbus area • 5 minutes drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center • 8 minutes drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital • 8 minutes drive to the Nationwide Arena Stadium • 10 minutes drive to CMH airport • 10 minutes drive to Easton Town Center Mall • Easy access to all major highways ( I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city Perfect home for anyone going to an event at The Convention Center or Nationwide Arena, couples/friends looking for a night out in the city, business professionals in town for work, or family/alumni looking to visit Ohio State... this home is close to everything! Disclaimer : You are right on N High Street, the busiest block in the Short North. Incredible for walking out the door into everything. Not ideal if you need total silence. House Rules and Terms

✅ Breaking any of the house rules above and below will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these house rules. 🌿 Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.. They are very sensitive, and we want them to stay healthy for all to enjoy! 🎶 No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels) 🎉 No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed at any time. Exterior video surveillance located outside the property may be used to monitor activity. Any violation will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction from the property. 🚭No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (we do allow smoking outside the home only) -vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home If any smoking discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation; (Note: A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee) 👨🏻👩🏻No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. We can kindly modify the reservation if plans change and more guests are needed but we reserve the right to cancel this reservation with no refund if this rule is broken as well a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night (Note: A $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the Extra Guests House Rules Violation fee.) 🐶Pets (ALL PETS) are allowed for a fee of $49 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), Please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required. 📷No photography or any commercial use on the premises without written permission from the host 🛋️ Furniture is not to be rearranged 📸Tampering with exterior surveillance (External camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge ⏰ Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. And most importantly.. enjoy and come again!! Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
