Beautifully decorated in contemporary, country-chic décor, the living and dining spaces seamlessly connect with the outside entertainment area through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The lounge has plush couches, comfy armchairs, and a fireplace, while the dining area features an eight-seater dining table with elegant chairs. A fully equipped kitchen allows for hassle-free holiday living with modern appliances, oven and hob, and microwave. A scullery has a dishwasher and washing machine and a separate laundry area has a tumble dryer and another fridge for extra storage. The bedrooms boast beautiful décor in cream and white tones and breath-taking ocean views. The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a king-size bed and carpeted floors. Glass sliding doors open onto the pool area, ocean views, and a ceiling fan keeps the room cool in summer. An en-suite bathroom has a corner bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, comfy armchair and opens onto a sunny courtyard with trees. This room has both a ceiling fan and air-conditioning and shares the family bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom boasts beautiful garden and ocean views with access to the garden through a glass door. The house has a garage for secure off-street parking and is fully secure with an alarm.
