As you enter, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway with beautiful wallpaper and plenty of character. To the right is the main bathroom, equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. To the left is a second, smaller bathroom with a WC and washbasin – especially convenient when travelling as a larger group. Bedroom 1 Just off the hallway is the first bedroom, featuring a comfortable 160 cm double bed for two guests. Large windows fill the room with natural light, while a beautiful traditional tiled stove adds historic charm. Please note that the tiled stove is decorative and cannot be used. Living & dining areas At the heart of the apartment are two impressive connected living rooms, creating a wonderful social space for the whole group. The first room features a large dining table with seating for 8 guests, beautiful oversized curved windows and another traditional tiled stove (decorative only). An elegant oval opening connects this space to the second living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa that converts into a 140 cm wide bed for two guests, as well as a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi – perfect for relaxing after a day in Stockholm. Bedroom 2 Located just off the living room, the second bedroom features a double bed for two guests and excellent storage with several wardrobes. Bedroom 3 Next to Bedroom 2 is a smaller, cosy third bedroom with another double bed suitable for two guests. Kitchen Beside the third bedroom is the functional and fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for your stay, including: - Fridge and freezer - Stove and oven - Dishwasher - Coffee maker - Kettle - Toaster - Small dining table With three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous living areas and space for up to 8 guests, this apartment is an excellent choice for families and groups looking for a little extra comfort, space and character during their stay in Stockholm. The area also offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, and beautiful green spaces like the Royal Djurgården and Skeppsholmen. Additionally, the Royal Castle and several museums are also very close to the apartment. Terms and Conditions 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. 2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
