Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.
