Located in the heart of Telluride with sunny views of the ski area and the Bear Creek preserve. The BCB is mere steps from Telluride’s culinary and cocktail scene, town park, the free gondola and multiple hiking trails! THE SPACE:Located in the Spiral Stairs Building, this condo is situated steps from ALL that Telluride has to offer! Enjoy a full kitchen, a king size bed and the benefits of living LARGE but at small prices! There are two couches with the larger one doubling as a sleeper if needed. This unit has a full kitchen and is stocked with everything you need to make meals and enjoy your own private Apre'. The large picture window overlooks sleepy San Juan Avenue and benefits from long hours of south facing sunshine. With views of the Telluride ski area and Bear Creek preserve, a stay at Spiral Stairs will have you soaking in the majestic mountains that tower over this small valley. The bedroom has a massive king bed and ample closet space. There is a ski locker on the ground level for your gear storage needs. The community open-air patio has a large BBQ grill and picnic tables for your use. We also offer one off-street covered parking space (NO CARS NEEDED!) for your stay. There is a small paid laundry room for guest use located directly across the small picnic area right outside the unit. Finally, it is our tradition to ensure that our guests arrive to snacks, sparkling waters, cold beers, coffees and teas!
