The covered balcony is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the changing scenery from sunrise to sunset. The condo was updated in September 2025 with new flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom lighting, and fresh paint, with additional repainting planned for August 2026. An elevator makes accessing this second-floor villa convenient, and once upstairs, the condo is just a short walk from the elevator. The master bedroom also opens directly onto the covered balcony, giving you an especially relaxing place to start or end your day.
