There is still some ongoing construction in the surrounding area, as this is a newly developed neighborhood near the beach. Noise disturbance may occasionally be noticeable between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., but it is usually minimal — especially inside the villa. Our nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly. Access includes a 500-meter unpaved road, but the villa is easy to find for Gojek and Grab. Parking is available for motorbikes — if you plan to arrive by car, please contact us before booking.
