Just minutes from Rayburn Lake perfect for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Chainring Retreat is a perfect blend of comfort & tranquility, an ideal escape for anyone looking to reconnect w/ nature. You'll love the screened porch to relax in & close proximity to world-class bike trails & the attractions of Bella Vista & Bentonville, this property promises an unforgettable escape. Step inside the open floor plan, with great seating and chess board—perfect for relaxing after a day on the trails or the lake. The living room flows effortlessly into a modern kitchen and dining space, making it easy to stay connected whether you’re cooking, lounging, or watching the big-screen TV from the couch and chair. Head out to the screened-in porch, complete with heat, air conditioning, and comfortable seating. It’s the best spot in the house to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the beautiful view—bug-free and in any season. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have king beds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen over queen bunkbed and a door out to the downstairs porch with propane grill and fire pit. Our home is just a couple minutes walk to Lake Rayburn dam and is 1 minute drive from the Lake Rayburn boat ramp and 5 minute drive to the New Bike Park. We are close to Back 40 Trail head, Pinion Creek Falls, Blowing Springs Park, JJ's Grill, Bella Vista Country Club, Phat Tire Bike Shop and Rental, 14 min to Crystal Bridges with world class art, 10 minutes to Bentonville, and so much more. Come see all that Bella Vista and Northwest Arkansas has to offer! Pets are allowed at this property. Pet fee does apply to all pets. The pet fee is $40 per pet per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time. Your pet is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet. There is an additional $15 fee for propane for the fire pit. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it so we can make sure to have it available during your stay with us.
