About the Home
The home features three well-appointed bedrooms designed to comfortably sleep families or groups. The primary suite includes a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a spacious and relaxing retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with easy access to a full bath, while the third bedroom is set up perfectly for flexibility with both a queen bed and a bunk bed — ideal for kids or extra guests. With four total bathrooms in the home, everyone has plenty of space and privacy, and the layout flows easily from the sleeping areas into the open living, dining, and outdoor pool spaces.

NOTE: Please be advised that there is a $50/day fee for pool heating and a $35 fee for additional parking passes. Parking passes must be retrieved from our direct office prior to entering the Palmetto Dunes community. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided through your guest messaging before arrival.
