Welcome to a beautiful and new 3 bedroom and 2 bath private condo to accommodate up to 10 people. Conveniently located only 5 miles to the beach. Large outdoor seating area and a fenced in back yard for your pets. This Side by Side duplex brings the Beach look to you. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of parking on the premises. Enjoy your stay and have fun in the sun.

Please note that a $85 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly. Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the property; any violation of this policy, including lighting fireworks, will result in a $1,000 penalty charged to the guest.

Quite Time After 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors. Thank you Due to the Privacy and the location of this home, and to the respect of our neighbors, we ask that Events and parties to be limited to the outside area. Quite time will be Sunday Through Thursday 10 pm to 8am. Also, quite time will be limited Friday and Saturday 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful to our neighborhood. No loud music will be allowed after these hours. If the rules are not fallowed, the reservation will be terminated, and no refund will be given. All doors and windows shall remain closed. We are not responsible for bugs entering our property during your stay. Do not enter the attic. Garage doors shall remain closed at all times. Do not park on grass, landscaping or any other area besides concrete driveway. A fee of $50.00 per day per car if you park on undesignated area. Do not tamper with pool equipment in the pool shed. Do not pick the fruits off of the trees. Do not try to repair something without authorization. Do not tamper with locks and closures. Do not use water hose to play with or fill pool without authorization. Do not use the exterior of the home as a bathroom. Do not Drive large pickups or trailers on our drive. Do not tamper with exterior security system. Do not makeshift, repair vehicles or build anything on our property. Do not leave screen door open in pool area. Do not re-arrange furniture or bed without authorization. Guests have access to garage/storage for Washer and dryer only. Thank you for understanding. Owner
