Our beautifully restored 6 bedroom mansion is ideally located in Lod Tunduh, a creative town filled with art galleries and just a 15-minutes drive away from downtown Ubud. “It is a bright and airy home. A perfect space for your family gathering.”-Bali Superhost, Your Host. Romantic and cozy getaway for up to 12 guests with a 27m long swimming pool. Our beautiful home sits on a 1500 m2 land and consists of 6 en-suite bedrooms. There are three master bedrooms and three rooms with two single beds. We recently did a massive renovation and converted the space from an art gallery into a charming luxurious home with elegant vintage pieces. All the fixtures and furniture are either brand new or refurbished. One of the master bedrooms is separated from the main building which allows plenty of privacy. The master would leave anyone wanting to stay and relax, especially to enjoy the private porch with a beautiful view of the glistening swimming pool and a lush garden. The two other master bedrooms are identical. Each has an open-concept reading room with a reading nook, a sofa, and a TV. We want the most amount of light, that is why we installed see-through French doors throughout our home. Each reading room has a view of a Balinese lawn and garden. The master’s bathroom also features a dreamy clawfoot bathtub, hanging plants, and aromatherapy candles. It not only provides a romantic setting for soaking in a bubble bath with a glass of wine but it also provides a great space to soak away your worries. The three bedrooms with single beds are equally cozy. There are bi-folding doors closets, a full-sized body mirror to get ready, a sofa, and a separate walk-in glass shower. The showers are spacious. Although the showers are indoor, they all look out to a small palm garden that allows you to connect inwards. We installed wooden floorings, white claddings on the wall, and vintage-style faucets in the shower room. It will remind you of a modern Victorian-style home. As you walk into the main living space and ascend the wooden stairs, you are greeted with a tastefully designed living room. The spacious living room includes a rustic coffee table and large sofas enough for 12 people to sit on. The dining room and kitchen seamlessly connect to the living room. The dining room has some great features: a chandelier, a long wooden dining table for sharing meals, a wine fridge, and houseplants throughout. We brought in houseplants to make our home more lush, vibrant, and to create an organic modern vibe. Our home is all about relaxation. The furniture and color palette is kept nice and neutral; the space is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding. Our interior designer did a great job at blending the classic Victorian detailing and the clean modern chic vibe. The luxurious interior treads a fine line between traditional details and a modern aesthetic. Our home is the perfect space if you plan to hold a garden-themed private event. We could help with the decoration. Our attentive villa host will also tend to your every need. A private chef from our trusted partner can come and whip up sophisticated dishes - from BBQ, classic French-style meals to classic Balinese dishes. Otherwise, you could request an English tea party in the garden. We could help provide the pastries, scones, and delicious tea. Please let us know in advance how we can accommodate your request. Vendor Services: To ensure the villa's equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali's tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 6-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 14 guests, with the 13th and 14th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
