On-site restaurant with best views in town, a convenience store/ ship store, heated pool and two hot tubs (POOL and HOT TUBS ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON, they are available around the second week of May until the first week of September)and an outdoor grilling/ picnic area. Walking distance to downtown, oh and you get to stay on a 31’ sailboat with lots of charm!
