1. General Requirements & Occupancy Primary Guest: The person booking must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay. Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time unless pre-approved in writing by the host. Self-Check-In: Keyless digital access is provided. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. 2. Parties, Events & Quiet Hours No Parties or Unapproved Events: Strict no-party policy. Gathering sizes exceeding the maximum booking capacity will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level, especially in outdoor areas. 3. Property Care & Smoking 100% Non-Smoking Property: Smoking, vaping, or burning candles/incense is strictly prohibited inside the home and on all private exterior areas. A $500 remediation fee will apply for violations. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in advance with an approved pet agreement. Accidents & Damage: Please report any accidental breakage or functional issues immediately so our team can assist. 4. Check-Out Checklist Trash: Place all trash and recyclables in the designated outdoor bins. Kitchen: Turn off the stove/oven and load any used dishes into the dishwasher. Security: Lock all exterior doors and ensure windows are fully closed upon departure.
